Passport Camps provide children of all ages with unique, week-long (full- and half-day) opportunities to explore, create, learn, and have fun. Each camp is thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, encourage curiosity, and help campers develop new skills. Families can mix and match weeks to create a full summer of adventure tailored to their child’s interests or enjoy the excitement of a single, themed week.

 

All Passport Camps require a minimum enrollment one month prior to the start of each session in order for the camp to proceed. Early registration is encouraged, as it guarantees your child’s spot and helps us confirm camp offerings as soon as enrollment is sufficient.

A $300 deposit is required at the time of online registration and will be applied toward the total cost of camp. Payments may be made at any time up until the final balance is due by May 1, 2026. Registrations with unpaid balances after this date will be canceled, and the $300 deposit will be forfeited. Please note that no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the camp start date, and sibling discounts are not available.

Hawken Families ONLY: Flexible tuition percentages for the 2025-26 school year can be applied to Passport Camps up to a 50% reduction. All Passport Camp fees include a daily lunch. Please note we are a nut-free campus.

 

Drop-off and pick-up are at the Lyndhurst campus for all Passport Camps. 

Hawken Passport Camps provide a Pre-Camp Care and After-Camp Care Program for those needing extended day services. Campers can register for this service with a one-time fee per week, or the service can be billed at a rate of $20 an hour for those who occasionally need such assistance.

 

Pre-Camp Care begins at 7:45 a.m. and After-Camp Care is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.

 

$95 from 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.

 

$235 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m

 

Campers are always supervised by well-trained staff.

 

Transportation home is not provided following After-Camp Care.
