Dig in and discover where food really comes from! Each day, campers will head off campus for a new hands-on adventure exploring local farms, markets, and kitchens. From harvesting fresh ingredients at Mapleside Farms, to learning about sustainable growing at Cleveland Botanical Garden’s Green Corps Farm, to cooking up delicious recipes in a local culinary studio, every day is a fresh and flavorful experience.
Campers will meet local farmers, chefs, and food artisans while learning the journey from soil to plate through interactive cooking, tasting, and crafting activities. It’s a week filled with exploration, creativity, and delicious discoveries—perfect for middle schoolers who love food, fun, and trying new things!
